P. Diddy welcomes Grammy Winner, Burna Boy to his Residence

Burna Boy and Diddy were so hyped to meet each other in person after working together via Zoom to produce Burna Boy's Grammy-winning Album ‘Twice As Tall’.

Due to COVID-19 enforced restrictions, Burna Boy could not travel to the United States to attend the Grammys or see his Executive Producer, Diddy.

But on Friday, 26th June, all that changed as P. Diddy shared a video of himself welcoming the Grammy Winner, Burna Boy personally to his residence in the United States, and Burna Boy running out to hug the iconic music producer.

P. Diddy captioned the video on Instagram, saying;

Earlier Back in August 2020, Burna Boy revealed in an interview that “I wanted this [album] to build a stronger bridge between, basically, all people of color,”  and that the album was almost done before he got Diddy on board as the executive producer for his fifth studio album, Twice As Tall.

The Album went on to win the 63rd Grammy Award for "Best Global Music Album" in March 2021. They are the first winner of the recently renamed category, formerly known as Best World Music Album.

The album featured 15-tracks with a variety of features from Naughty By Nature, Stormzy, Chris Martin, Sauti Sol and Youssou N’Dour.
